The experience was good. We did not feel pressured. We also did not feel deceived by false advertising and I walked away feeling really good that I made the best deal on that purchase (way below Truecar average price that I would have expected to pay). In addition, although this might not be something I could take advantage off too much, M’Lady offers free oil changes for my car for the life of the vehicle while I own it. An additional nice perk!
