any dealerships have a reputation of making the sale and then move on to the next customer. Not MLady! They continue to support their customers and their vehicles and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.
Eddie Colville and his team are fantastic. I was treated very well. Even though I live in Chicago, I plan on finding the time to use the services provided by M'Lady Nissan. One cool thing is they have free oil changes for the life of your new car. They also have a very large selection of vehicles to choose from. I found the perfect car.

When I went inside the Service Center I was welcomed right away, the man let me know about how long it would take and I could sit in the waiting room and when they were done someone would come find me and bring me to payment window. While I was waiting I was told that there was coffee available and everyone made it very comfortable.

We also did not feel deceived by false advertising and I walked away feeling really good that I made the best deal on that purchase (way below Truecar average price that I would have expected to pay). In addition, although this might not be something I could take advantage off too much, M'Lady offers free oil changes for my car for the life of the vehicle while I own it. An additional nice perk! My mother and I walked up to the doors and were greeted by Bob. He listened to what I was looking for and took him time on helping me with process of elimination between two different cars. I have never felt so comfortable and not forced when looking for a car. After listening to my concerns, etc he went back and told me he had the "perfect car" in mind. He did! I ended up leaving with a nissan rouge and could not be happier! Not only do I love the car, I feel as though I wasn't forced into a huge car payment. I would recommend everyone to take the hour drive out like I did and talk to Bob if your interested in buying a car!

I would like to give a shout out to John and Sal in the service department for the best service I have had at a Nissan dealership yet. My appointment was on time, I was not swindled to try to do any kind of extra service on my car, and when they found out my tires were less than great gave me a recommendation to where i should file a claim. ( this is a brand new nissan not bought from this dealership). They were thorough in explaining why they did or didn't do specific services on my car and it only took an hour as promised. I know it seems silly to say a dealership did was it was actually supposed to do but for once they did! I will be back!
