The gentleman who had me sign the zillion pieces of paperwork (I forgot your name, so sorry) was very friendly and didn't try to sell us on any extras we didn't want. I felt our experience was outstanding. The last time I bought a car was in 2007 at a different dealership, and overall I found this to be a far more pleasant car buying experience. I would like to give a shout out to John and Sal in the service department for the best service I have had at a Nissan dealership yet. My appointment was on time, I was not swindled to try to do any kind of extra service on my car, and when they found out my tires were less than great gave me a recommendation to where i should file a claim. ( this is a brand new nissan not bought from this dealership). They were thorough in explaining why they did or didn't do specific services on my car and it only took an hour as promised. I know it seems silly to say a dealership did was it was actually supposed to do but for once they did! I will be back!
